I believe that no-one is perfect, including myself, but we can take steps to change and improve. So I will support you through the changes you want to make.
I have successfully helped others to deal with issues that affect the quality of their lives, ranging from stress, anxiety, sleep loss, along with phobias, OCD and PTSD.
Each client’s needs and issues are explored sensitively and the treatment plan is personally tailored. Everyone is different and I know that one size doesn’t fit all. I use a range of therapy approaches and techniques including coaching, NLP and cognitive hypnotherapy.
